SynEx, LLC is a new company combining the efforts of Dennis Smith, the owner and operator of Expedited Corporate Services and Kristi Herring, the owner and operator of Synergy Corporate Services.

Dennis and Kristi began their careers in public research and corporate service business in the year 2000. After working together for several years, Kristi decided to move forward, leaving her position with the company to start her own business, Synergy Corporate Services. Dennis took over Kristi’s position at the former company, moving into a position of management, and later became the owner of his own business, Expedited Corporate Services. Despite the separation, and eventually becoming competition with each other, Dennis and Kristi remained good friends, as well as confidants while continuing to further their understanding and knowledge of the public records industry.

In June of 2008 Kristi and Dennis decided to combine their expertise, and moved forward as one company through the formation of SynEx, LLC. Through their merger they aspire to become the best corporation service company servicing the Northwest and beyond…

Our goal is to provide reasonable turn around times, competitive fees, and the combined knowledge of over 15 years in this industry. SynEx was formed with one thought in mind… To be the best and to provide the best to our clients.

Jerin Jones has been working with Kristi since she formed Synergy Corporate Services in November 2006. He is now the office manager for SynEx, LLC. He is an essential member of our growing team.
